Maureen Wruck Planning Consultants has been a leader in Monterey County land use permitting for large-scale golf course retrofits designed to reduce irrigation demands on local water supplies. The firm has successfully permitted two recent golf course renovations on the Monterey Peninsula that were designed to reduce water demand by a combined 55 acre-feet a year. Regulatory permitting is complex and Maureen Wruck Planning Consultants lead the design teams assembled for both projects to meet our client’s demanding construction schedules.

Maureen Wruck Planning Consultants continues our project management work in the energy sector. We provide building, grading and project management and coordination services for technological upgrades to oil fields, construction of new wells, permitting of process treatment systems and electrical and piping upgrades. Maureen Wruck Planning Consultants has been involved in oil field permitting since 2004. The firm successfully permitted a complex 52 mile oil pipeline project, spanning Monterey and Fresno Counties.

Our personnel have been successful at obtaining complex regulatory permits for the creation of and renovation of golf courses and club facilities. We have worked on three separate golf course projects, guiding our clients to timely project approvals. Most recently, we completed successful project management of two full-scale golf course renovations. In addition we have completed permitting for clubhouse, pro-shop and restaurant renovations at two top-tier golf clubs on the Monterey Peninsula. We are actively working on Club facility upgrades for another private client in Carmel.

Maureen Wruck Planning Consultants, LLC, was established in 2001. The Company’s two partners have a combined experience of 45 years in Monterey County land use and permitting.

The firm represents the interests of developers, property owners and architects by offering land use and project management consulting services. Services include project strategy, development consulting, land use permitting, project expediting, condition compliance, CEQA and NEPA expertise and representation before public agencies at the staff and public hearing levels.

Maureen Wruck Planning Consultants, LLC has in-depth experience in the assembly of project teams to fit the requirements and desired outcomes for individual projects and clients (architect, biologist, arborist/forester, civil engineers, etc.). Identifying proper professionals on a team is required for the successful permitting of projects.
