Joel Panzer started his career in county government, working as a staff planner in the Monterey County Planning Department. Assigned to work with a citizen’s advisory committee, and subsequent work on numerous boards, committees and non-profits has given Mr. Panzer a unique ability to approach and resolve situations.
Ms. Wruck has the skills and experience necessary to navigate the process for a timely and successful outcome. Ms. Wruck’s expertise lies in project representation before individual agency officials, Planning Commissioners and members of the Board of Supervisors as well as representation in public hearing forums. Her political acumen is attuned to representing our clients in an increasingly complex and politicized regulatory environment.
